LIDO - Business Development Associate (BDA)

LIDO is an ed-tech company revolutionizing formal classroom education through a unique and immersive online classroom experience. With our exciting and fun online classes for students, we are building the Lido experience - cutting-edge content like animated videos and interactive games, a personalized platform for homework, tests, challenges, and inspiring teachers.

Profile: The candidate will assist students and parents across India through a consultative sales model via both telesales and field sales.

Location: Delhi and Bangalore. Other locations like Lucknow and Indore may be considered depending on requirements

Skills & Approach : 

- Passion in consultative sales and business development

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Good logical reasoning and structured approach for conversion

- High energy, initiative, and hunger for faster growth

- Strong sense of discipline and resilience under pressure situations

- Ability to build rapport and create professional relationships

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospects on call and do sales conductions through video sessions or in-person meeting

- Identify and develop relationships with potential customers

- Update and create tailored client proposals

- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting

- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met

- Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls to ensure daily targets are met

Salary: 6 - 8 LPA

Includes variable of 3 LPA in the form of weekly incentives

High-risk high gain role

Accelerated growth path with 15-40% increment opportunity every 3 months

Daily attendance criteria: 1-2 hours of tele-calling or conduct 2 sales sessions

Working days:

6 days a week - Tuesday is off

Eligibility :

Graduates, available for immediate joining

Ability to speak English fluently

Good laptop with working camera and mic and decent data connection

Selection process :

Applicants will be screened through a telephonic round. Those being shortlisted will be extended an Offer Letter to join the Online training cum evaluation process

21-day training cum certification program

8 days of online classroom training and evaluation - Those qualifying the classroom evaluation will move to On-the-Job (OJT) training cum certification

Up to 12 days of OJT evaluation - Those qualifying the OJT criteria will be instantly certified and be appointed as Business Development Associate

Work Experience:

- 0-5 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or customer interaction roles

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and maturity
