Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote sports equipment across online channels. This role will involve managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, executing email marketing campaigns, optimizing website performance, and coordinating with external partners.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales of Li-Ning's badminton products.

- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to engage with our target audience and build a community of badminton enthusiasts.

- Create high-quality content including blog posts, videos, and graphics to support marketing initiatives and showcase Li-Ning's products.

- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote product launches or special offers.

- Monitor website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with external partners including Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms to ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, preferably in the sports or retail industry.

- Strong understanding of online marketing channels including social media, email, search engines, and content marketing.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.

- Passion for sports, particularly badminton, is a plus.
