LexInnova's world class sales team is looking to capitalize on the momentum that comes with being one of the fastest growing legal-technology company in the world.

The Manager, Sales Operations -- is a key role within the Sales Operations team. You will be the primary point of contact for the Sales and Sales Development and Inside Sales teams based in the US and in India. You would be responsible for sales ops leadership, lead generation,sales forecasting, productivity, CRM maintenance and improvement, predictive sales development calling and other sales operations functions. This position reports directly to the VP of Products. Location for this position is Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of LexInnova's core products and services, and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead sales operations.

- Be the key Go-to person for Sales, Sales Development and Inside Sales Compensation & Reporting.

- Effectively manage CRM maintenance and improvement, marketing automation software, predictive dialing tools such as Vicidial/Asterisk.

- Effectively manages sales-development calling and other sales operations functions,such as sales forecasting, sales activity reports and productivity.

- Create and maintain a world-class sales operations organization and sales culture;focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales and sales development staff.

- Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals. Be responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.

- Identify opportunities and weaknesses within territories, and make proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency.

- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Finance, Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers.

Key skills required:

- Expertise in sales compensation planning and execution

- Expertise in sales reporting and analytics including systems like Salesforce.com and VTiger

- Ability to effectively utilize CRM and lead scoring tools to monitor performance and effectiveness of lead generation

- Experience managing sales/support teams with demonstrated new sales track record and quota attainment

- Experience in managing Sales Development Reps onboarding, coaching and career growth

- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

- Demonstrated effectiveness in new business development strategies and lead qualification

- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and individual workloads through

effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Education and Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of sales operations experience

- Bachelors (MBA is a plus).
