We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative branding strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, and driving brand loyalty.

What will yo do:

- Develop and implement effective brand strategies that resonate with the target audience.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into overall marketing plans.

- Manage and maintain the brand's visual and verbal identity.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials to uphold brand standards.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.

- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Work closely with the creative team, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand representation.


- Collaborate with external agencies and partners for specific branding initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for market positioning and differentiation.

- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to adapt brand strategies accordingly.

- Develop and manage budgets for brand-related initiatives.

- Optimize spending to maximize the impact of branding efforts.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding initiatives.

- Provide regular reports on brand performance to leadership.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

What will you need:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven 5 years of work experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
