What are we looking for?

We are seeking to hire a skilled Client Service Executive, who will be responsible for

the end-to-end customer experience including:

- Managing issue resolution for the current clients across channels - emails, calls, social media, Whatsapp, etc. This would involve coordinating with design and operation teams to provide a timely resolution to the clients.

- Converting qualified leads into clients by addressing their concerns

- Reaching out to previous clients to understand what worked for them and what can be improved to make their experience better the next time

Who should apply?

Our ideal candidate would be a female who has the following traits:

- Has at least one year of experience in a customer service role

- Availability to work full-time in office on immediate basis in Sector 51, Gurgaon (Not work from home)

- Possess great communication skills both written and verbal

- Is passionate about working for a start-up in a high visibility role that offers high incentives based on your performance
