Opportunity Notes:

This is a complete work from home international work opportunity. You will be required to work during 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) Six days a week.

About The Role:

We are seeking to hire a Sales Associate to provide voice support. This individual would do the new business development, Lead generation and much more!

- Communicating with global clients.

- Understanding the client's requirement and delivering the output in desired time, with expected quality of work.

- Making B2B Calls to potential customers and describing products services.

- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.

- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

- Fix appointments for the on boarding Call and offering the Trial to the clients.

- Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

- Work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLA.

Desired Profile:

- Prior experience working in a similar role would be an advantage

- Cold calling experience is must along with hands on experience in selling Mobile apps and software.

- US / International voice process/Overseas inside Sales experience preferable.

- Should be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/ university or equivalent with the good academic track record.

- 1-2 + Year experience in International BPO (Voice) or any Multinational.

- Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal & Written).

- Excellent phone manner and articulation.

- Good command over computer skills like MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet and emails.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- A goal-driven individual looking to make an impact in a growing organization

Infrastructure Requirements:

- Excellent Internet connection for Zoom/Video meetings (Broadband only no mobile hotspot)

- Appropriate power backup/Inverter.

- A computer system/Laptop at home. Configuration: i3 6th gen/i5 4th Gen- 2.5 GHz or higher,

- 8 GB RAM up-gradable, 160 GB HDD/SSD with Windows 10 Pro operating system. ( Camera for Zoom/ Video conference)

- Designated workspace for working.
