Inside Sales Expert
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Identify key players and Champion new opportunities via research, cold calling and emails.
- Acting as a consultant and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for Lepton's Product and solutions.
- Consistently Improve the Quality of the Customer experience with Lepton.
- Continually review and evolve the collections process at Lepton, oversee and organize every interaction between the customer and Lepton.
- Connect with relevant business owners/ Managers and assist them in business operations
- Deliver service improvements to improve the customer experience
- End to end Management of hunting, pitching, providing solutions and execution of large Longtail clients
- Responsible for qualified lead generation and development of a healthy sales funnel.
- Develop pipeline and create a consistent flow of interested prospects.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET :
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory. MBA in Marketing would be an advantage.
- Candidate should hold 60% & above in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
- 1-3yrs of experience in inside sales would be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Salary - Upto 5 lakhs
