- Founded in early 2014 by Harshvardhan Lunia (Ex-banker) .Lendingkart is a Fin-tech platform that facilitates working capital financing for SMEs in India. Lendingkart's vision is to simplify and standardize the MSME financial products ecosystem

- In the heart we work by taking the best of the startup ecosystem which is autonomy and pace. Else, we are 1000+ employees across India aiming to power millions of MSMEs build their business through Lendingkart. We drive a lot of our work through innovation, no-touch but digital and making easy disbursements all enabled by technology.

- Lendingkart uses transaction data, big data analytics and unconventional proxies to evaluate borrowers creditworthiness. In order to fulfill the underserved demand of trade credit and working capital loans, Lendingkart has created a short term debt product which can be easily lent and borrowed. Further the team is working towards building a financial marketplace to provide these SMEs and several other financial products, and to enable the institutional partners with B2B fintech products across origination, distribution, credit underwriting and fulfillment, and collections.

- Lendingkart envisions to replace trade credit in India and make working capital finance available at fingertips of entrepreneurs. Lendingkart raised Series A funding in June 2015 and raised 32Mn in Series B funding in June 2016 and in Feb 2018 they closed 87Mn USD in series C funding led by Fullerton Financial Holdings which is a fully owned subsidiary of Temasek. Lendingkart has raised Series D funding in 2020

We are looking for someone who can :

- Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

- Meet personal and team sales targets

- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

Someone who already :

- Good Communication skills

- Purely sales person in finance sector

- Understand the entire Loan process journey

- Field Visit Mandatory

- Good Negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel
