Job Description :
- Head responsibility to call the customers and pitch the product which we are offering, Follow-ups, and sales closure on the prospects.
- Getting all required documents from the customer, Checking and validating the documents and KYC of the customer and overlook entire journey till disbursement.
- Starting from first call > Fill Application > Fetching CIBIL > Till Agreement stage, arrange all documents required from concern team.
- Transfer eligible loan files to further teams for analysis.
- Ensure loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies
- Highly pressurized and Target oriented Job of Inside Sales (Telesales).
- To ensure daily productivity fulfillment along with required calls & Talk time target accomplished.
- Present any problem largely affecting the decision to the Unit Supervisor.
