1. Account Management: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and grow them into cash cows

2. Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.

3. Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.

4. Build Deep and sustainable relations with Big Corporate accounts for identifying and exploiting UPSELL and CROSS SELLING opportunities

- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.

- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables

Desired Candidate Background/Traits:

1. Management education (Premier institutes only), Graduate from Tier I/II college( IIM preferred)

2. B2B Sales background preferred with min 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Sales

3. Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations
