Lectron - Executive - Sales & Marketing - Electric Vehicle Chargers (2-5 yrs)
Lectron is a startup company under the KV group, foraying into EV charging industry to electrify vehicles in Tamilnadu and Pondichery. We are looking for field executive for Sales/Marketing/Distribution
Roles and responsibilities :
- Approach identified customer segments on timely manner
- Market both AC and DC charging stations to clients like corporate, institutions, Dealers, private EV owners, corporate clients, OEMs dealers, fleet, malls and commercial buildings
- Identify and create new business leads
- Manage, support and execute sales work from end to end perspective
- Create and follow-up sales reports, KPI targets
- Liaise with clients, Discoms and our teams to provide continuous growth and lead the company
- Keep an eye on key emerging trends in EV market and charging solutions
- Keep an eye on the competition
Qualifications :
- Passionate about EV industry
- Young and dynamic proactive mindset
- Worked with EV industry or OEMs is a bonus
- Bachelors in Electrical engineering or diploma is a plus
- Problem-solving skill-sets
- Working with Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Leadership, Team building and result oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
