Leasing Manager - Commercial Project (1-6 yrs)
Job Description
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To drive the leasing activities for the commercial properties.
- Business Development i.e. sourcing new deals through intermediary network (IPCs, Local Consultants, Relationship Managers, Banks & Architects)
- Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Local Property Consultants.
- Co-ordinate with Clients, Architects and Project team for all fit outs works.
- Communicating the terms & conditions of leasing out the space giving complete commercial details.
- Efficiently handling the due diligence, legalities, registration and documentation of the transaction.
- To provide assistance in executing the procedure of handover and takeover.
- To manage database of all clients.
- MIS generation
KEY SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and commercial skills
