Job Description:

- We are in search of a young, energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele with your market knowledge and innovative ideas. You will be the front face of the company and will be responsible to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a strategic plan to source and acquire business opportunities. Own end to end sales funnel.

- Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions.

- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.

- Ensures effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets.

- Oversees and evaluates market research.

- Meeting with key stakeholders to propose our services.

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, follow up with prospective clients and close deals.

- Build, train and manage a strong sales team to meet the set goals.

- Client Relationship Management and Brand building.

- Weekly review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

- Seek ways of improving the way business operates.

- Work strategically towards carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the company.
