- Planning CRM strategies designed to retain existing Candidates.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with the key candidates.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and assisting the existing candidates for smooth completion of the program.
- Answering candidate queries and dealing with complaints.
- Solving student queries in order to get the course completed in stipulated time
- Generating Business from the existing customers.
