Job Responsibilities :
- Connect and counsel working professionals regarding Career Development Programs.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Promote management programs based on the candidate's profile.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Manage and update candidate database and records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow pre and post-sales procedures.
- Contribute actively as a team player to drive sales.
Required Skills :
- Strong sales competency.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
