Job Details :

- To drive growth of the company by generating new business opportunities and ensuring healthy & profitable growth rate. The incumbent shall be responsible for revenues and profitability of the company

- It requires strategic planning, understanding the market and competition, have extensive network with top corporates. Should be able to design a statistical growth path design with pre-requisites and deliverables

- Need to identify potential customers, craft proposals and negotiate terms and convert into orders generating sustainable business for the company

- She/he should be process driven adhering to company policies and ensuring adoption of best practices. Should be able to identify with internal and global compliance

- Should be able to work in a structured manner, participate in Board meetings to apprise of developments and be hands on marketing environment

- Should possess good communication skills, able to converse with senior executives of corporates and build brand image of the company

- Should demonstrate leadership qualities by setting precedence and leading new initiatives

- Should be willing to travel

- Should be familiar with online communication and reporting tools - requires good familiarity with spreadsheets, emails, word processors and technology based applications

- Experience in educational environment including government, public and private will earn some preference credits

- Experience of generating new business models based on company's rich workforce potential will earn preference credits
