Role Summary :

As a Learning Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our mission, engaging with potential candidates to enroll them in our cutting-edge learning programs. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to prospects, conducting engaging discussions, managing the sales funnel, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and maintain regular follow-up with leads.

- Engage with candidates through various channels including telecalls, online demos, and emails.

- Develop impactful discussions to enroll candidates in our programs.

- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage the sales funnel.

- Emphasize high-quality sales practices and adhere to strong sales processes.

Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in B2C sales with a track record of exceptional sales achievements.

- Good understanding of Dialer Operations and CRM Management.

- Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to establish processes from scratch.

- Previous exposure to startup environments preferred.

- Strong focus on achieving results and perseverance.
