Learning Consultant - Sales - Education (1-2 yrs)
Job Description
Role :- Sales Learning Consultant for our Edu-Tech vertical XLNC Academy
Remuneration:- 20k to 35k PM Plus variables Incentives.
Notice Period :- Immediate Joiner.
Experience:- 1-2yrs
Alternate Saturdays are week-off and all Sundays are week off.
Day Shift:-10 to 07 PM.
Location:- Goregoan West
Skills Required: Sales, Business to Business (B2B) Sales
Interview Mode :- 1 telephonic, 1 Virtual.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should demonstrate warm calling prospects to qualified leads
- Should be able to achieve sales target
- Managing Sales for B2C Prospects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity, and the needs of prospects
- Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Good Listener, assertive and persuasive
- Should be a Team Player
- Generating daily reports
Key Skills:
- Direct Sales with customer oriented mindset
- Command over English is must
- Ability to pitch the product
- Eagerly learning new aspects
- Providing best solutions to customers Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
