Ed Tech early-stage startup is looking for Sales and Business Development Interns
About LearnBeyondSchool
LearnBeyondSchool is an Ed Tech platform for FineArts and Languages. We teach children (Age 5-15), visual-arts among other life-skills.
Company size: Early stage (5-10 people)
Job Title : Sales and BD Intern- Growth Hacker
Location and Work : Work from home
Job responsibilities include :
- Find innovative methods for growth
- Understand customer queries and try to resolve them
- Be the voice of the customers (Pick up cues from your interactions with customers and suggest improvements on product/ sales website/ program to relevant teams)
- Gather insights from Google Ads/other digital platforms including social media to understand reach, customer funnel (and pain points)
- Convert leads to customers (Leads are collected on our website and social media pages)
- Ideate and execute campaigns to generate more leads
- Coordinate with academic Program on capacity planning and design marketing campaigns accordingly for the Quarter, Month, Week
- Do budget planning for campaigns (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly)
- Carve strategic tie-ups for building new channels for growth
Preferred Qualifications/skills :
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, especially in B2C environment, preferably in a service-based organization
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads/ Digital marketing/ Social Media Marketing
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Should have an entrepreneurial streak and want to be a part of a BIG idea
