Customer Success Managers at LearnApp are people who are responsible for customer management, the company's most valuable asset. As a customer success manager, you will be responsible to increase our customer base and make sure that customer support is always top-notch and prioritized.

Responsibilities

1. Working towards increasing the LearnApp user base

2. Providing full knowledge of the services offered by us to our users

3. Supporting our existing customers in resolving their queries

4. Helping in generating new sales for LearnApp

5. Handling support and actively resolving user doubts

6. Effectively handling the daily operations of the company

Qualifications-

1. Should be a graduate, preferably in finance

2. Must possess excellent communication skills and a flair for customer interaction for increased sales.

3. Must have a basic understanding of MS Office and admin tools
