Learn From Home - Associate Director - Admissions - PG/MBA Program (5-15 yrs)
Reporting to: Head of Sales & Process, Admission Process Outsourcing.
Key Purpose of the Job :
This position is responsible to attract students for full-time post graduate management programs courses - PGDM/MBA - for multiple universities/institutes. Managers are required to run and organize teams, for multiple universities.
Educational Qualification / Experience required :
- Graduate in MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 5 years- experience in selling Fulltime MBA/PG courses.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Design and implement the admissions process for universities.
2. Oversee all marketing activities, and assess effectiveness of activities.
3. Follow company processes and run teams effectively.
4. Data management & reporting.
Indicative Tasks :
- Design the admission process in an optimal manner :
i Work with the administrators in developing strategy for admission criteria, tests, and policies.
ii Evaluate the candidate profile, with the help of academic records, standardized test score, etc. Ensure, all applications are received on time.
iii Be a part of the admissions committee during student interview process and enable is selection of the target quality students
iv Provide guided tours to visiting parents and prospective students
v Work towards developing, maintaining and executing a communication plan to the prospective and enrolled students.
vi Act as a POC for the student till the joining date.
vii Develop and monitor statistical records to be able to improve recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and overall operational efficiency.
viii Provide information to prospective students and their parents on enrolment policies. Meet the enrolment goals in the target .
- Oversee all marketing activities, assess effectiveness and make changes :
i Assist in preparing a marketing plan that promotes the institution's visibility and general recruitment efforts.
ii Participate in all Admissions related events and be the institution's representative.
iii Ensure program information is upto date on VU website and any other online/social media. Work with marketing department to ensure the same.
iv Help Marketing Manager to Liaise with agencies for VU participation in various Education fairs/Exhibition pan-India
v Track effectiveness of marketing activities and provide feedback
vi Participate with the marketing team to design activities within assigned budget and aligned to strategy
- Team Management & Coordination duties :
i Manage, mentor & guide a team of Admissions Counsellors and interns.
ii Collaborate with staff, faculty, administrators and internal departments to research and resolve complex student issues relating to admission, registration, late drops, refunds, administrative drops and withdrawals.
iii Monitor compliance with accreditation authority and university regulations with regard to admission, registration, student payment and related student records.
iv Participate in a variety of meetings, committees, taskforces, and/or other related groups to communicate information and facilitate continuous improvement of programs and services.
v Interact with finance with respect to student payments & refunds.
- Data management & reporting :
i Collect and analyse a variety of complex data and information regarding admission, registration, online processes, telephone helpline, and direct services.
ii Summarize findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
iii Present admission and registration information to a variety of audiences.
iv Analyse information from multiple sources to enable better lead conversion
v Maintain statistics related to performance & success rate and channels that have been effective.
Proposed Salary :
- Fixed: Rs. 7,80,000/-.
- Variable: Rs. 4,20,000/-.
