We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to take over the position of - Farm Associate- Sales .

 You will visit villages around the area of work and meet farmers. 

- You will market LeanAgri products, sell it to farmers and also work on related operations.If you are interested to grow and learn in your career and at the same time support our farmers, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Sale to farmers - Sell Lean Agri services to farmers through farmer meetings and other relevant activities

- Coordination with farmers - Collecting soil samples, maintaining farm profile, etc.

- Coordination with labs - Sending soil samples, collecting reports, etc.

- Channel management - Identify all channels and drive sales through them.

- Farmer Interaction - Forming WhatsApp groups and driving discussions.

- Willing to stay in village full-time/part-time and travel across the locations.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate degree in any field

- Minimum one year experience in agri-sales

- Must be fluent in Telugu language

- Ability to interact with diverse set of groups ranging from farmers to traders

- Looking for Male candidates only


- Salary - Rs. 15,000 - 25,000 per month. Location - Guntur, Andhra Pradesh

- Accommodation will be provided at area of work for all rural location (Not at head office location)

- Travel allowance would be provided for farm visits

- Candidate must possess a vehicle for travelling
