Leading Realtors - Presales Role (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Presales Representative to contribute in generating leads for our company. You will be responsible for convincing potential property dealers to sign up on our platform to get them the inventory of properties over the phone and maintaining good relationships with them.
An effective Presales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting the benefits of the services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in stake-holders and developing business.
- Contact potential subscribers to sign up at our platform
- Answer questions about our service and the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and visits scheduled
- Female candidates can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; graduate will be a plus.
