- Recruit Agency Leaders(ALs)
- Develop ALs through Coaching, Training, Team Management Support etc..
- Recruitment of new agents through Agency Leaders
- Work with the ALs to drive recruitment of new agents.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduates with minimum 3 - 4 years of direct sales experience
( Mandatory)
- Industries preferred - Any ( Telecom, Pharma etc.,)
- Team handling experience is not mandatory
