Technical Sales Lead


- A B.Tech+MBA from top institutions is ready to take on the role of P/L leader.

- A minimum of 8 years experience launching numerous multi-million-dollar product lines from the ground up. Must have managed a portfolio of $5M+ selling IT services.

- Managed multiple channels-direct and indirect across the world.

- Represent our company's products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.

- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.

- Develop and implement market action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.

- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics.

- Strategic, global mindset, world-travelled, and eager to represent the company in various global events & trade shows.

- Knows traditional DAAS, networking, security, compliance, and cloud-based services.

- Understands value-based pricing / enterprise level proposals of $1 million plus.

A typical day in your life :

- 80% : Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered through direct and indirect sales channels, and manage programmes to generate demand for the product/services.

- 10% develop the positioning and messaging of differentiating products and services in the market.

- 5% manages the communications strategy, and redesign from concept to development and connects with potential clients with market execution.

- 5% Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product or service to competitors- products or services.

- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.

- Identify, develop, and implement a sales strategy based on market research and sales data in the US, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

- Maintain all the leads, stages, sales pipeline, and deals in the CRM with all the updates.

- You will work aggressively, creating and closing leads across the world. You will closely coordinate with a C-suite of innovative global companies in the high growth areas of health tech, IoT, and ML/AI.

- Provides information to the management by preparing short-term and long-term product/service sales forecasts and special sales reports and analyses.

Required Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field + an MBA from a top B-School.

- Exceptional understanding of technical concepts and have 10+ years experience selling technology solutions to C-suite across the world.

- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills to resolve conflicts and problems.

- A minimum of 8 years- experience in product or service management or a related field.

- At least 8 years of technical sales lead experience or equivalent experience (information/enterprise technology).

- Experience in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and identifying up-selling opportunities.

- A proven track record of understanding technical challenges and providing applicable solutions to the clients.
