The brainchild of Mangesh Panditrao and Vivek Phalak, Shoptimize is a one-stop platform for all D2C eCommerce needs. The brand covers multiple facets of eCommerce when it comes to D2C growth, enterprise solution, and tech space. Shoptimize, a SaaS company offers a one-time setup/integration cost, a recurring monthly subscription fee, and, in addition, a revenue share component as a part of its subscription-based commercial model. The revenue share component is a one-of-a-kind business model that coincides with the clients' aims and accomplishments, and it has proven to be highly successful for both the brands and the company.

Description of the Role :

Shoptimize continues to aggressively expand and grow dynamic talent in the Business Development team by hiring high energy individuals to introduce our solutions to mid and top tier enterprises. They are seeking competitive, fun, motivated, experienced, and talented Regional Sales Leads to drive new business development. The person in this role will interact with CXOs of mid to large enterprises having annual revenues of over Rs. 500 crores.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish Shoptimize as a leading software platform for end-to-end eCommerce solutions to establish and grow online business

- Meet and exceed revenue objectives through new client acquisition on monthly / quarterly basis while ensuring profitability for the company

- Ability to qualify and demonstrate solutions to potential customers and establish clear benefits to grow online business.

- Manage the entire sales cycle

- Build and manage sales pipeline (involves working with Business Development & Inside Sales teams)

- Engage and effectively interact with people at all levels in mid to large size customer organisations

- Engage closely with Project implementation/Delivery/Account management teams to determine best implementation methods and execution schedules during the sales process to set right expectations and deliver on the brand promise

Requirements :

- 8+ years of proven track record of excelling in fast paced & dynamic sales environment

- In-depth knowledge of the eCommerce sector in India, especially in B2C space; strong understanding of retail & consumer goods industry is necessary

- 5+ years of new business development experience in eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopclues, Paytm, etc.

- Experience in selling SaaS solutions to FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Hospitality segments would be highly preferred

- Good at handling uncertainties and thrive in a start-up environment

- Entrepreneurial mindset, forward thinking and decision making skills

- Strong background and foothold in the fashion, consumer electronics, appliances, personal care and beauty or food sectors will be a plus
