Lead /Specialist - Inside Sales - IT Services (2-5 yrs)

Required for a US based International IT Organisation in BFSI space

Inside Sales Lead/specialist(for US market - UStimings)

- Targets oriented Inside Sales Specialist

- Someone who can crunch data and present actionable items

- Extremely data driven with excel skills as well

- 2-4 years of experience and strong team management and target driven

- Inside Sales candidates from BFSI (Banking & Insurance)

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by working closely with the assisted sales team across different channels - Inbound, Outbound and Chat

- Design and implement a sales plan that expands customer base and ensures that we optimize on the sales funnel

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Work with the marketing team to identity and drive interventions to increase the top of the funnel (Leads) and optimize conversions (enrollments)

- Identify emerging opportunities to scale the channel while being fully aware of new products and competition

Requirements :

- 2+ years of inside sales experience in a fast growing company

- Successful previous experience as a team leader or a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

- Able to work in extremely fast paced, team environment; have an entrepreneurial mindset
