SEO Lead

Job Description :

- Lead strategy on both Organic and Paid Search incorporating our Marketing properties, including our main website, blog, landing pages, etc.

- Implement full-funnel acquisition strategies on Google Search, YouTube Search, Bing Search, etc.

- Develop a roadmap to execute the proposed strategy with clear milestones, identify constraints, and pinpoint specific dependencies.

- Research and make keyword recommendations based on trends, values, and competitors to guide the content team

- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects

- Build and outreach to high-quality link sources and make professional relationships with webmasters

- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes

- Forecast the impact of the SEO strategy, expected revenue, and payback period

- Set up, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns-

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience setting up, managing, and scaling SEO and SEM at a SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup.

- Highly data-driven, with the ability to show the direct business impact of successful SEO strategies

- Experience with A/B testing

- Deep focus on driving increased organic traffic and increasing the engagement and conversion of our paid advertising traffic

- Experience executing content gap analysis and keyword research

- Execution and results orientation - dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy

- Excellent understanding of Google Algorithm updates and the corresponding impact.

- You have a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and taking the initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure.
