- Our client is a well known brand in the Electronic & Electrical component manufacturing market, providing products and services to clientele ranging from automation giants to large real estate owners.

The Job :

As a Sales Operations Lead you will be the sole point of contact for the entire sales organization within the allocated geography. Your responsibilities include :

- Identifying bottlenecks in the existing processes and taking immediate actions to get work done faster

- Focusing on sales productivity by implementing tools like Sales CRMs, automation tools, sales funnel management and prospecting tools etc.

- Documenting sales processes for future references and also to be viewed by senior stakeholders

- Monitoring the entire process, i.e. prospecting to conversion.

- Tracking funnels and client pipelines for individual sales representatives, managers and teams.

- Managing the entire sales organization by defining targets and prioritizing tasks to achieve them.

- Working with cross functional teams like product innovation, pricing and others to better the sales process further.

The Profile :

- You possess an MBA in Sales & Distribution Management or related discipline from a top tier institute.

- You have at least 10 years experience within a B2B sales environment and have at least 4 years within Sales Automation and CRM Management space.

- You have managed teams in the past and have a solid track record of exceeding given targets.

- Experience within National Sales would be a strong advantage.

- You have worked with Sales CRMs and historic datasets to derive key insights that steers revenue.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
