Our client is a leading international IT training and certification provider. They facilitate customised and flexible training programs for professionals of all levels, that will enable them to secure their technical skills, professional reputation and marketability.

The Job : 

You will be responsible for :

- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.

- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.

- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.

- Driving monthly /quarterly sales objectives and providing sales forecasts.

- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

- Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.

- Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations.

- Managing a team of 1-5 people.

The Profile : 

- You have a Degree from a top-tier institute and at least 3 years experience within a Sales role, ideally within the EdTech industry.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
