Sales Lead

- The sales team is growing yet small. The current role of Sales Lead is a full stack sales role involving end-to-end sales, delivery, and anything and everything required for driving revenues for the organization. The role includes all the activities including but not limited to lead sourcing, nurturing, creation of sales documents and collaterals, client pitching, delivery and improving the offerings based on the feedback. The role will also involve defining and executing sales strategy for long term business results.

- In addition, the position is a senior position with high accountability and team management skills. The person will be responsible to lead the team, motivate and inspire the colleagues and also to build and grow the team further.

Responsibilities will include :

- Leading the team from the front to drive business results.

- Sourcing the leads and deals for the product/service.

- Identifying and suggesting the solution to the clients.

- Creation of the sales documents and other sales collaterals.

- Setting up meetings with the clients and pitching to new customers and creating sales opportunity to drive revenue.
