Job Overview :

- We are looking for a qualified candidate to perform the duties of a Sales Lead in our Marketing & Sales team. As a Sales and Marketing personnel, you'll be responsible for generating sales leads and finalizing qualified leads in the most efficient way.

- During the entire lead generation process, you are to display positive and professional behavior.

- Miles Retail Sales business is INR 120 cr./ top-line with an expected enrolment of 1,000 students/month; expecting to take a lead of Sales + core Operations, while doubling the enrolments for it's Executive Education program.

- Currently situated in the 9 cities, is expanding to over 12 cities in the year's time.

- The talent will be motivating and managing the sales team in achieving monthly/yearly sales targets. Besides, it will be coordinating with the sales rep in maximizing company sales. To help enhance the sales process and identify new sales opportunities.

- You will be reporting to the VP and Operations Head, Miles Education, leading the Sales team in hiring and training new team members. You should be able to monitor and fulfill any inventory requirements.

- Additionally, you will be coordinating with the Marketing team to develop promotional strategies based on sales forecasts.

Responsibilities :

- Preparing effective sales models to enhance sales funnel

- Ensuring monthly/yearly sales targets are met

- Assisting in hiring and training new team members (remote/onsite)

- Monitoring performance of Sales Team members

- Handling customer complaints and queries

- Preparing and presenting a detailed sales report

- Monitoring and managing inventory requirements

- Maintaining contact details like the email address, phone numbers of qualified leads for further process

- Identifying new sales opportunities and emerging market trends

- Setting sales targets and revenue goals

- Attracting potential customers by highlighting standout product/service offerings

- Maintaining long term and positive customer relationships

- Determining sales goals upon reviewing budget authority

Requirements :

- Master's or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

- Proven work experience in the Sales department as a Sales Representative, Sales

- Consultant or similar position

- Complete understanding of the company's products and services

- Familiarity with sales tracking software and lead generation tools like Pipedrive,

- OptinMonster, Constant Contact and HubSpot CRM

- Excellent communication skills

- Displaying the qualities of a rational decision-maker

- Knowledge of latest industry developments

- Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction

- Ability to work in stressful situations

- Willingness to upgrade sales tactics
