Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Liaison and discussion with customers/prospects to capture requirement.
2. Work closely with sales team to explore sales opportunities for Gemini Software Solutions Product Suite.
3. To provide techno functional support in all client interaction and appropriately capture customer requirement with maximum clarity.
4. SPOC for complete pre-sales cycle from requirement scoping, product fitment, solutioning, andtechnical proposal creation by working closely with members of the sales, delivery, product & support team.
5. Draft requirement specifications which meet customer expectation and translate these
accurately to the delivery team / Product team for quotation, component ordering and successful delivery mechanism.
6. Assisting sales team in the qualification of customer needs & performing pre demo needs analysis.
7. Generation of product demo scripts & scenarios and assisting in orchestration of product demo/workshop.
8. Manage, coordinate and execute complete bidding process of RFI and RFPs
9. Prepare SWOT analysis on solution offering and should be able to position our products against the competition
10. Developing statement of work and other contractual documents as required.
11. Complete any other tasks that may reasonably be required from time to time
