Lead - Post Sales - Automotive (3-9 yrs)
Overview -The key objective of this role is to improve the post-sale experience of Customers.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Understand customer pain-points post sales
2. Keep track of / monitoring the customer grievances
3. Work towards resolving the customer grievances by coordinating with various depts
4. Update customer on the status against the grievances
5. Ensure customer satisfaction
Location : can be based out of any B2C centre in Delhi NCR (few centres in Delhi are Paschim Vihar / Gurgaon / Vasant Kunj / Moti Nagar etc) - should be open to location as Delhi NCR
Note 6 day working, Candidates from auto ecommerce preferred
