Performance Marketing Lead

- We have urgent job opening for Performance Marketing Lead for One of our AI Based Nutrition and Supplement Brand.

- Work from Office

- 6 Days Working for Initial 2, 3 Months

Job Responsibilities : 

- Own end-to-end user lifecycle management (Acquire, Engage, and Retain) for GetSupp

- Build and lead digital marketing P&L, including budget planning/allocation, campaign performance and customer acquisition cost and LTV

- Lead paid advertising efforts on Facebook/Instagram/Google, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement tests for copy and landing pages, and publish a weekly KPI report.

- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across Google & Facebook's advertising platform to test targeting, creative, and landing pages, and improve overall campaign performance.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Work with content, graphic & category team to meaningfully establish our proposition to users across the journey from acquisition to repeat purchase

- Develop marketing strategy, prioritize marketing initiatives, define program goals, and establish performance measurement standards

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and other crucial KPIs)

Preferred Experience : 

- 2-5 years hands on campaign and budget management experience with high growth consumer tech startups or D2C brands

- Proven experience of running performance & display campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT etc) across Google, FB, YouTube, Instagram Bing, affiliates and others

- Experience with tools including Google Adwords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360 and others as well as with tools such as Clevertap/Mixpanel etc

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert

- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
