Lead - Performance Marketing - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)
Hiring for Performance Marketing Lead Skilled in E commerce sector.
- Lead the performance marketing strategy for all the brands spanning across Home, Kitchen, Sports and Fitness
- Identifying, shortlisting and gauging capabilities to work with AMS automation SAAS organisations/agencies to scale each account
- Setting up and managing Amazon and Flipkart Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for all assigned accounts on a weekly basis.
- Updating Category Managers on a weekly basis with updates, recommendations, and insights. - Performing Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for each assigned account.
- Closely work with the category managers to develop strategy and reporting mechanism to scale business on Amazon, Flipkart
- Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly reports.
- Drive new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns, including account structure, bidding, ad copy, and keyword development.
- Manage and guide the team with best-proven practices for maximum efficiency.
Requirements :
- 2-4 years of work experience in Amazon advertising.
- Proven PPC skills, optimization techniques, and bid management
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Amazon Certification & Good Excel Skills are preferable.
- Having experience in analysis of amazon business reports, search term reports, etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of amazon seller central and vendor central.
- Should have a proven track record of giving higher orders with lower Acos.
