Lead My Step - Admission Counselor (1-3 yrs)
- Handling incoming telephonic inquiries and lead management
- Engaging prospective students for overseas education
- Follow-up with the student
- Resolving the student queries and handling their concerns
- Assisting the students in choosing desired institutions (University), encouraging them to upload documents, engaging with them and correspond with them regularly
- Maintaining communication with students through digital and telephonic channels
- Providing over the phone, utmost and superior quality guidance to students and their parents, if required
- Counsel students and send them abroad for higher studies
- Coordinating with students & internal admissions backend team and senior management
- Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students
- Undergo training & give shadow training to new team members
- Attending the university training & workshops, if required and from time to time
- If required, Data mining and collation for website development - initial phase
- Data research - initial phase and ongoing for any updates from university partners, agency partners
