- Looking for active and energetic marketing professionals with excellent communication skills and team management skills with 6-10 years of work experience. The Candidate must have online and offline marketing experience with an Advertising agency, preferably Healthcare background.

Role Objective :

- The Candidate will be expected to lead a team of client facing/client servicing for carrying out Marketing for the services/ departments offered by the client.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. To systematically drive the brand positioning and brand value for the clients with strategy and execution, working closely with the clients & internal teams

2. Responsible for working with clients to ensure that their needs are properly communicated to the Content, Creative, Digital and Branding teams.

3. Develop monthly activity calendars in alignment with the strategy/positioning / feedback from stakeholders to promote the centres/services.

4. To ensure the Account Planning that drives the strategic direction of each campaign, and ensures the creative work not only fits the brand but is also strategically focused.

5. Responsible for planning and execution of Marketing & Activity Calendars for designated specialties across all mediums, with ATL, BTL & Digital activation.

6. Work closely with internal Creative, Content, Digital, Media Buying, Website/SEO, PR to ensure consistent Communication and activities as per the Planners.

7. Responsible for the assigned clients and achieving set KRAs, client satisfaction and retention.

8. Responsible for the performance of the client's brand marketing efforts across mediums. Work closely with the support teams to ensure the deliverables and targets are met.
