WTA Marketing Specialist for IT Sales (B2B)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist with a focus on IT in the B2B sector. The successful candidate will have a key role in generating leads, planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns, and managing pre-sales activities through to project closures. This role will require strong language skills to effectively target clients in the US and UK markets, and a firm grasp of account-based marketing and ideal customer profile (ICP) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Data Mining : Develop and implement lead generation strategies using data mining. Identify, qualify, and generate leads in defined markets and verticals.

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Planning : Develop a detailed understanding of our ideal customer profile. Implement strategies to target and attract these high-value prospects.

Account-Based Marketing : Create and execute account-based marketing strategies that are personalized and targeted to specific key accounts.

MarTech Implementation : Employ marketing technology applications for enhanced productivity and analysis. Apply innovative tools and techniques to increase effectiveness of our marketing operations. Need to be an Expert in Tools like Hubspot, Apollo.io etc.

Email and Newsletter Campaigns : Plan and execute targeted email marketing and newsletter campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing : Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to attract and convert high-quality leads. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to reach the company's target customers.

LinkedIn & Google Ads : Develop and manage LinkedIn and Google Ad campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand visibility.

SEO : Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.

Deep Research on Accounts : Conduct comprehensive research on key accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and business environment. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies and sales pitches.

Project Closure : Assist sales team in the closure of projects, ensuring a smooth transition from marketing to sales.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

- Proven experience as a marketing specialist in the B2B IT sales domain.

- Expertise in lead generation, pre-sales, and project closure.

- Excellent knowledge of data mining techniques and email marketing.

- Experience in planning and executing Account Based Marketing and identifying Ideal Customer Profiles.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools.

- Strong understanding of social media and LinkedIn marketing.

- Familiarity with Product UI/UX Design, MERN & MEAN stack applications, Cross Platform Technologies, Data Analytics, and Staff Augmentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effectively targeting US and UK clients.

- Ability to conduct deep research on key accounts to inform marketing and sales strategies.

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
