Lead - Graphic Designer (7-13 yrs)
Important Deliverables
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers. Foster a collaborative and creative environment, encouraging innovative thinking and continuous skill development
- Create Images, Carousel, Thumbnails for paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Create branding, label, packaging design for new product launches
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to create compelling design solutions that effectively communicate key messages
- Create responsive designs optimised for mobile screens
- Visual communication should be marketing-oriented to generate clicks & conversion
Candidature requirements :
- 7+ years experience in news channels, advertising agency, eCommerce video content team
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and creative concepts.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Experience in women oriented product, service, startup [added plus]
- Strong storytelling visualisation skills in form of graphics
- Intuitively sense the market need and visualise marketing & communication tactic
