Lead - Graphic Design - HealthTech Startup (5-9 yrs)
GRAPHIC DESIGN LEAD
Responsibilities
- Ideate, design and execute creative concepts for brand and marketing communications
- Ability to transform briefs into compelling visuals (static, animated, video) for the brand
- Medium agnostic approach towards creatives and execution
- Prepare high fidelity, aesthetically pleasing designs, and branding collateral
- Responsible for creatives (ideation, planning and execution) for various channels like social, google, website, email, app, offline channels, print ads, hoardings etc.
- Maintain visual communication across channels in sync with brand guidelines
- Work with teams (internal and external) for planning static shoots, videos etc.
- Ability to lead a team of graphic designers and video editors for timely planning and execution of campaigns
Qualifications :
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Animation and Video Editing
- Experience in working with/on digital creatives and offline creatives (knowledge of how print media and TV ads work)
- In-depth understanding of information design, color psychology, and user psychology
