Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

- Pipeline generation : Generates sales leads within a targeted market via research and cold calling.

- Uses the telephone and email as tools to contact potential and existing customers.

- Account research, understanding organizational structure; identifying decision makers.

- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate

- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects

- Provides technical information and collateral material about our services.

- Qualifying potential customer: preliminary needs analysis, securing appointments, F2F meetings or/and web presentations.

- Working with Technology Services teams to understand service offering, features and deliverables.

- Increasing volume of quality leads; providing smooth transition to Sales. Lead qualification and Lead nurturing.

Qualification :

- MBA degree in International Marketing

- 3+ years sales lead generation experience preferably selling IT Services or high end technology solutions.

- Experience prospecting and securing new accounts. Must be having experience in building the sales funnel from various sources.

- Ability to navigate large enterprises to find key contacts and motivate decision makers to use and/or find out more about Youngsoft.

- Good Understanding of Business & Technical Concepts.

- Hands-on experience of tools & platforms like Zoominfo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Ability to handle objections and handle gatekeepers.

- Strong desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies and clearly articulate value propositions.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for communication with international clientele.

- Self-starter, high energy, aggressive and results-oriented.

- Team player with ability to work independently.

- Strong CRM skills with experience of using Salesforce.
