Lead Generation Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to join our clients team. As a lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for the company. You will play a crucial role in driving the business growth by identifying and targeting potential customers and converting them into leads.

Location : Navi Mumbai

Salary : Upto 6.0 lpa

Work Mode : Onsite

Working Time : 10 to 6

Working Days : Monday to Friday (Office) | All Saturday (WFH)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate organic & paid leads and drive customer acquisition.

- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and develop customer profiles.

- Optimize digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to generate leads.

- Create and manage effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn to reach the target audience and drive lead generation.

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and maximise lead generation.

- Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, manage, and report on leads and their progression through the sales funnel.

- Minimum of 1year of experience with a good understanding of WordPress, websites, and CMS platforms.

Requirements :

- Prior experience in lead generation through PPC channels

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, including email marketing, social media prospecting, and other relevant strategies.

- Attention to Detail with Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
