Job Description :
- Conduct research to identify potential leads within our target market.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new customers/clients.
- Utilize various tools and platforms (such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.) to find and engage with potential leads.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our company's requirements.
- Communicate effectively with potential leads through email, phone calls, and other channels to generate interest in our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using various lead generation tools and platforms.
