Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Generation Specialist.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

Proactive Lead Identification: Leverage a range of channels, including market research, social media, and online platforms, to actively seek out potential leads.

Lead Qualification: Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email campaigns, and other communication methods, ensuring each lead meets predefined qualification criteria.

Lead Database Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects, optimizing it for future reference and targeted marketing efforts.

Collaborative Strategy Development: Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to formulate and execute effective lead generation strategies.

Result-Driven Task Management: Maintain a disciplined approach by managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

Proven Lead Generation Expertise : Demonstrated experience in lead generation and sales with a strong track record of consistently meeting or surpassing targets.

Proficient in Lead Generation Tools : Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools and software to enhance efficiency.

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Digital Marketing Proficiency : Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and familiarity with various social media platforms.

Data-Driven Decision-Making : Ability to analyze data effectively and translate insights into data-driven lead generation strategies.
