Lead Generation Specialist (1-4 yrs)

The Purpose of the Lead Generation Specialist is to generate leads by calling new prospects and developing interest in them about signing up on the platform.

Responsibilities :

- The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the -
sales and marketing process.

- Develop new prospects via telephone and mass communication such as email and sms.

- Call the prospects, convince and invite them to our platform for signups.

- Explain the prospects about our platform and giving them an understanding of our courses.

- Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and following up with prospective customers.

- Works with Sales Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.

- Track & maintain the outcome of each enquiry & leads.

- Generate and submit daily MIS report.

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Required :

- Minimum of one year of direct work experience in a sales/telesales

- Must be willing to make 80-100 calls a day on database.

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
