Lead Generation Role - Recruitment Firm (1-10 yrs)
We are building a recruitment platform that streamlines the experience of all the stakeholders involved in the recruitment process of any company.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop strategies to capture new leads
- Work closely with the founder for identifying and reaching out to potential customers
- Manage all the leads in a single place, scheduling calls, planning follow-ups, etc.
Requirements :
- Should be comfortable with LinkedIn
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to spend at least 2 hours every day
Experience : We love newcomers as long as they bring a "Let's get it done" attitude
