- NIGHT SHIFT
- Making cold calls to International US/UK/EMEA/APAC prospects and pitching IT Services
- And the Experienced Candidate should know how to do Contact Discovery- Retrieving Business Contact Information through variety of search engines (Linkedin, Zoominfo, Hoovers, etc.)
- Should have good communication skills
- Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to client's existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts
- Speaking with Key Decision Makers /influencers to promote the services
- Using previous marketing experience overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize features and benefits of represented products/services, provide accurate quotes, and determine appropriate escalation point to provide solutions to customer issues
- Meet or exceed all marketing quotas and activity objectives in assigned territory
- Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products
- Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer/prospect information
- Quick learner and easy to adapt to changes
- Good Excel knowledge is must
- Knowledge of Research tools is preferred; however, Microsoft Office & web knowledge is must
