Position Overview :

- Fleapo is looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Marketer with experience delegating to other departments of technical members and who has excelled in lead generations and provides sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. Responsibilities :

- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.

- Online and offline marketing: hands - on experience with social media like YT Channel, Facebook, digital media like SEM, SEO, Email, Newsletters/Blogs, ORM (Glassdoor, Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, etc) and PR.

- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation and reporting process.

- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and analysing ongoing B2B marketing initiatives .

- Anticipate revenues.

- Follow up with leads aggressively.

- Research, track, maintain and update leads

- Make outgoing calls to develop new business

- Contact prospects to qualify leads

- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

- Research and maintain lead generation database

- Conduct customer research

- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

- Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations

- Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.

Required Experience/Skills :

- Excellent knowledge of CDP, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Pixels, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Lead Generation Tool.

- Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.

- Experience with cold calling

- Experience in using CRM

- Experience working with Western companies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects.

- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, rapid growth start-up environment

- Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field

- Excellent client-facing communication skills

- Must have a basic idea of Web Development, Mobile Development and related Technologies.

- 2-3 years of experience in Lead Generation in an IT Sector

- You should be a strong networker & relationship builder

- Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
