Experience of working in a B2B and B2C database provider is a plus point. Should have managed large-scale projects related to contact list generation using research and other tools.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Extensive research on company types in various industries and identification of prospects for our products and generation of contact details.

- Bring creative ideas to the table on how we can generate new leads for our sales and marketing teams. LinkedIn lead generation and email appending project experience is preferable.

- Execute database cleansing (tools and techniques) activities.

- Based on events generate contact lists quickly from targeted companies, Create email databases by internet research and email appending activities.

- Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads and also conduct research on their training needs matching their profile.

- Perform primary research, build list of companies for a particular segment and generate leads using various tools, directories and websites.

- Hands-on experience on mass email id generation, business directories, listings and lead generation through associations.

- Identify target audience and grow our email list.

- Ensure lead follow, high email deliverability and accurate contact details.

- Maintain calendar of all lead generation campaigns/programs.

- Media buying/list buying and negotiation skill.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Good working knowledge on various office tools (MS-word, MS-Excel) and CRM.

- Must have knowledge of email appending, email cleansing, market research, list building, list quality checking techniques

- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project

- Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers

Experience :

- 4 years of experience in lead generation and market research
